  • Create default claims for each voyage record e.g. demurrage claims
  • Create other claims as the voyage progresses – commissionable and non-commissionable for complete value-added service
  • Commission is automatically calculated on estimated intake and indicated rates
  • Ability to split commission between offices and collect on behalf of third-party brokers
  • Track and maintain progress of all Claims through to completion and settlement
